The 2023 Winter Truffle Dinner is thrilled to welcome leading chef, Jo Barrett to the mountain for a special evening that celebrates the magical pungent tastes and fragrance of truffles.
An award winning chef, cheesemaker, wood carver, veggie gardener, patisserie specialist and change-maker, Barrett is at the forefront of the culinary industry in Australia and recognised for her innovation in the kitchen and focus on sustainable dining.
This year's truffle dinner is an exciting collaboration between Jo and Buller Hospitality Executive Chef, Ross O'Meara and is sure to delight.
Jo has curated a 5-course culinary indulgence that showcases black truffles in all their glory.
Each course has been expertly matched with accompanied wines and will be a dining experience to remember. Strictly limited seats are available and this will sell out fast. Don't be disappointed!
