Mind Body Bike - Hot/Cold Therapy
Join us for a rejuvenating hot/cold therapy experience with Wild Sauna.
It is believed that contrasting temperatures improve blood circulation and oxygenation, and in doing so, relieve pain, loosen stiff muscles, and stem inflammation. Come and see for yourself!
As part of your booking, you will have access to both the sauna and ice bath within a three hour window (shared facility). Ideally you rotate between the sauna and ice bath, repeating the process approximately three or four times - finishing with a refreshing ice plunge!

What is Wild Sauna?
Starting it's life as a horse float, Wild Sauna is inspired by the roaming saunas of the Nordics. Kerrin and David converted the interior using red cedar to add to the authenticity of your experience. They are the first and the only mobile sauna service in Victoria's High Country offering hosted sauna and ice plunge sessions on site at our off-grid log cabin in Jamieson, roaming pop-up locations throughout the High Country, or you can hire Wild Sauna for your next event or special occasion. Being the first of their kind in the High Country, they want to set the standard in sauna services offering a traditional Nordic sauna experience.
